Scope: Brand Standards, FF&E, Finish Specification, Documentation Support

Concept: A Napa-inspired winery and restaurant brand with 40+ locations nationwide, unified by wine-making iconography across retail, tasting, and dining spaces. My role spanned multiple locations, ensuring each build adhered to brand standards while adapting to site-specific conditions. The Kentwood location features an expansive wine tasting bar, a private tasting counter, and walnut wood finishes paired with turquoise accents — a warm, refined expression of the brand language.
