Concept: Cooper’s Hawk Esquire Chicago redefines the winery-restaurant hybrid, blending elevated dining with immersive wine culture in a richly layered, multi-level experience. Set within a historic Gold Coast building, the space celebrates global winemaking through dramatic architectural moments, curated artifacts, and a refined, contemporary hospitality environment.
